– Top Five international in-water rendezvous
A Multihull area which is still growing
Largely developed during last year’s event when it welcomed more than 30 units and many new features, the Multihull area will reflect the same wish in 2015! This market segment has been riding the wave of its success in recent years and has registered significant economic growth in the sector. Thus, the Grand Pavois La Rochelle is confirming its position as a major Multihull event on the Atlantic facade.A specific communication plan
The Grand Pavois La Rochelle will develop a specific Multihull media presence, which, in particular, will target the French, Belgian, Anglo-Saxon and Spanish clientele. With direct flights between the United Kingdom, Belgium and La Rochelle and the proximity of Spain, the idea is to communicate about the combined multihull offering, the opportunity to try boats at sea and the large presence of sailing professionals in order to help prepare a purchase, and plan future sailing adventures and/or long cruises. A unique offering on the Atlantic facade to help you prepare your purchase and your sailing projects in the very best conditions! An opportunity to be seized in the first year to discover the Grand Pavois La Rochelle!
A pontoon divided up into two parts, 3X3 structures and tents… a genuine in-water Multihull village will be available this year at the Grand Pavois La Rochelle. The idea? To offer shipyards who do not know the September Atlantic show the chance to exhibit in the heart of the in-water show for the very first time so that they can see the event’s sales and customer contact potential for themselves. A presence reserved solely for shipyards, which should be followed in the second year by the exhibition of a boat in-water. An original and relevant sales offering which offers the chance to discover the event and to attract new shipyards to the show in La Rochelle!

A developed Test Space…
Announced last December, the Grand Pavois La Rochelle is largely open to tests in 2015! Direct access to the sea, which favours and promotes sea trials for the many units and new features presented at the show. This means that multihull professionals and shipyards will be able to take advantage of this measure. In concrete terms, an area with more than 100 spaces will be made available to shipyards in order to offer enthusiasts visiting the show the opportunity to discover the assets and sailing qualities of the boats presented. Development of a specific sales policy to help shipyards offer trial boats and a specific port facility to facilitate movement (entries, exits and port manoeuvres, etc.). In 2015, the Grand Pavois La Rochelle is ensuring an entire development around this asset, which is an integral part of the Atlantic show’s DNA! Enthusiasts, potential clients for shipyards and international journalists will appreciate this development which will allow them to try and test the new features of the coming year before the winter land-based rendezvous!

Grand Pavois La Rochelle, testimonials by professionals from the Multihull sector:

Nicolas Gardies/Fountaine Pajot
“The advantages are undoubtedly the price and the service, in a unique setting, a city culturally open to the sea. The availability, the passion and the commitment of the technical teams give the Grand Pavois a spirit that very few international shows can offer, and make the Grand Pavois a special occasion for our profession”.

Yann Masselot/CNB Lagoon
“The Grand Pavois has always known how to develop great proximity with the public. The multihull sector is particularly important thanks to the dynamism of French builders. Our customers also appreciate finding our suppliers and equipment manufacturers there, who help them obtain a global vision of their boat. A dense and complete show which meets our customers’ needs”.

Mai Voisard/Nautitech
“For Nautitech, the Grand Pavois is the showcase for the very varied activity of water sports and offers a unique opportunity to meet our customers on the Atlantic. On top of it all, it is a show which has remained very friendly despite its growth over the years”.
