Deme, PMV and Port of Oostende announce a 300 MW hydrogen plant in Ostend
Port of Oostende and cluster members DEME and PMV are announcing an exclusive partnership.
Their goal is to have a 300 MW hydrogen plant operational in the port area of Ostend by 2025, that will produce 50.000 ton of green hydrogen per year.
The green hydogen will both serve as an energy source for electricity, transport, heat and fuel purposes and as a raw material for industrial purposes.
WaterstofNet embraces this new initiative of her cluster members, that leads to ‘next phase developments’ for hydrogen in Flanders.
