VSTEP Newsletter – October

Another productive season is almost behind us and this time it brought us new deals together with new clients, product developments and events.

We welcomed Tårnby municipality Fire Department and Clayton County Fire and Emergency services as the newest users of Response Simulator. Furthermore, the RS solution’s version was updated, paving the way to further expansion of its capabilities. For NAUTIS, ALPHATRON Marine expanded their training setup with four NAUTIS Desktop simulators among other events surrounding our maritime simulator.

In the last few months of 2019, we will be working on several big partnerships which will allow us to end this year on a high note. Stay tuned on our social media channels to be the first ones to know!

Response Simulator 1.2 – Autumn release

In October, VSTEP released a new version of Response Simulator. This release is part of our seasonal updates, this time – Autumn. Several important features such as Session Recording & Debriefing, plenty of new content and special effects can be found in this product version.

ALPHATRON Marine further expands simulation training with NAUTIS Desktop Simulators

ALPHATRON Marine will soon receive Desktop Simulators equipped with the Navigation content & functionality package. These setups will help their clients better familiarize themselves with ALPHATRON’s high-grade products.

Tårnby municipality Fire Department to start using Response Simulator

Last month, Tårnby Municipality Fire Department started training with a Response Simulator solution. This will allow the local firefighters to discover virtual training capabilities and improve their knowledge and skills in a risk-free way.

RS solution extends the training of Clayton County Fire & Emergency Services

Earlier this autumn, Response Simulator was delivered to Clayton County Fire & Emergency Services (CCFES) through our partner FAAC. With this advanced solution, CCFES will be able to provide their employees immersive training opportunities that will enable them to prepare for dangerous situations in a safe, virtual environment.
